Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with the tea you ordered and we will gladly exchange or refund unopened teas that were purchased within 30 days of receipt. If the order has an error that is caused by us we will refund the return shipping cost.

Our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. Shipping for each order is calculated, factoring in destination, weight and size of items and your shipping timeline preference. Typically, orders placed by 3:00 Noon Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same business day.
We currently only ship to the Continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska and Canada.
