Online purchases from Paromi Tea, LLC must be made using a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Entering your credit card information at www.paromi.com is safe. We have taken the necessary steps to ensure your payment information is processed confidentially and accurately.
State Sales Taxes
For all Paromi Tea, LLC purchases, sales tax will be charged where Paromi Tea, LLC is required by law to charge tax. Taxes that appear on your online order are approximate. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is shipped.
Shipping Methods and Options
We ship all orders to the forty eight contiguous United States via FedEx, including all Standard Ground orders. In addition to shipping time, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order and 7-10 business days for overall delivery time when shipping FedEx Standard Ground. We use FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Ground for all orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

RETURS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with the tea you order from PAROMI TEA, LLC, and we will gladly exchange or refund teas that were purchased within 30 days of receipt that you are unsatisfied with. Generally we do not cover the cost of shipping the unwanted tea back to PAROMI TEA, LLC or the cost of shipping the replacement tea to you.
