    • When will my order ship?

      We try our best to get orders out the same day if placed before 12pm Monday - Friday. If orders are placed after 12pm they will go out next business day.

      How long will my order take to get to me?

      Transit times will be available at checkout when selecting your shipping option. If you choose “flat rate” or have a “free” shipping option then expect a 2 to 5 business day transit time. We try our best to get your order to you as fast as possible. Note that USPS is not as efficient as services from UPS or FedEx. Shipping is out of our control once it leaves our warehouse and may vary from 1 to 3 days on expected delivery times. 9 times out of 10 they are fine.

    Green Is Good!�

    I have been drinking and enjoying Paromi Palace Green Tea for over two years. It is consistently high quality and flavorful -- never bitter.     Outstanding Tea!

    I found Paromi tea at our local health food store in Encinitas, CA a few months ago. I was trying to quit drinking coffee and decided to give this a try. It's lightly caffeinated and the taste is very good. I can't drink regular teas like Lipton and others. I would recommend this tea and as a matter of fact, ordered 6-containers recently, as they offered free shipping. Cheers!
