Our Everyday Matcha has been dried at a slightly higher temperature to give it a stronger green aroma, and a creamy, sweet and slightly bitter taste. When used with milk, it makes an awesome Matcha latte, offering a more matured and sophisticated character. The same result can also be expected when using it to make sweet matcha or small-batch matcha ice-cream at home.
