This single origin organic black tea is an easy, all-occasion steep that’s full-bodied but light and silky smooth. It’s got tasting notes of freshly baked bread and caramel that intensify when mixed with milk and honey or lemon and honey. A refreshing complement to breakfast, brunch or any other time of the day.
Our Rwandan black tea comes from Sorwathe (est. 1978), a farm nestled in a remote area of the Rwandan countryside known as Kinihira. This farm really prides itself on balancing tradition and innovation and it shows: not only does it produce tea leaves that meet our high standards, it was the first farm in the country to cultivate organic tea. We’re always excited to see what they do next.

When will my order ship?
We try our best to get orders out the same day if placed before 12pm Monday - Friday. If orders are placed after 12pm they will go out next business day.
How long will my order take to get to me?
Transit times will be available at checkout when selecting your shipping option. If you choose “flat rate” or have a “free” shipping option then expect a 2 to 5 business day transit time. We try our best to get your order to you as fast as possible. Note that USPS is not as efficient as services from UPS or FedEx. Shipping is out of our control once it leaves our warehouse and may vary from 1 to 3 days on expected delivery times. 9 times out of 10 they are fine.
