We try our best to get orders out the same day if placed before 12pm Monday - Friday. If orders are placed after 12pm they will go out next business day. 

Transit times will be available at checkout when selecting your shipping option.  If you choose “flat rate” or have a “free” shipping option then expect a 2 to 5 business day transit time.  We try our best to get your order to you as fast as possible. 

*Note USPS is not as efficient as services from UPS or FedEx. Shipping is out of our control once it leaves our warehouse and may vary from 1 to 3 days on expected delivery times.  9 times out of 10 they are fine.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Paromi.com you can return your item(s) for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. 

All of our tea bags are made from a 100% plant-based material called polylactic acid. PLA for short. PLA is produced by breaking down the starches in GMO-free plant sources. 

It’s not petroleum-based, so our tea bags will never leak harmful plasticizers into your tea. Better yet: PLA doesn’t even break down in your hot water, so you won’t ingest anything at all. (It takes 2 months at 120*F and 80% humidity in a commercial-quality compost system for PLA to biodegrade.)

Some other great things about PLA: it's BPA-free, phthalate-free, allergen-free and hypoallergenic.
