Subscriptions
You are in full control of your Paromi subscription. Change it, pause it, or cancel it yourself in about a minute. No phone call, no waiting on us.
Tap the Manage My Subscription button above. It opens your personal subscription dashboard.
Enter the email address you used when you placed your order. We will email you a one-time code. Type that code in and you are on the same screen we use.
Tap your subscription to open it, then pick one of the buttons below. Every change saves instantly.
To stop your subscription completely. You will be asked to confirm, and then nothing else will ship. Cancel anytime. There is no minimum and no strings.
Have plenty of tea for now? Pause it and it stays on hold until you turn it back on. Nothing ships while it is paused.
Skips your next shipment only. Your subscription keeps going as normal after that one.
Pick a new date for your next delivery. Perfect for spacing orders out if the tea is arriving faster than you drink it.
On any item, tap Edit to change the quantity, Swap Product to switch to a different tea, or Add More Items to drop something new in the box.
Tap the pencil icon next to Shipping Address or Payment Method to update where it ships or the card on file.
Running low? Tap Order Now in your portal to send your next shipment right away instead of waiting for the scheduled date.
