How much caffeine is in it?
About 50 mg per sachet, roughly a third of a 12 oz cup of coffee. Enough for a gentle morning lift, mellow enough to sip in the afternoon.
How do I brew it?
One sachet in a 12 oz cup, fresh water at a full boil (212°F), steeped 5 minutes. Lift the sachet and enjoy. Great with a splash of milk.
Can I make it iced?
Absolutely. Steep double-strength, then pour over ice. It makes a creamy, dessert-like iced tea, lovely with a little milk.
What's the difference between the formats?
Same tea, your choice of keeping. The amber glass jar is our signature and refillable; the resealable pouch is lighter and great value at 50 count; individually wrapped sachets are sealed for travel and gifting.
How should I store it?
Keep it sealed, cool, and away from light and strong odors. The amber jar helps protect the leaves from light.
