    • When will my order ship?

      We try our best to get orders out the same day if placed before 12pm Monday - Friday. If orders are placed after 12pm they will go out next business day.

      How long will my order take to get to me?

      Transit times will be available at checkout when selecting your shipping option. If you choose “flat rate” or have a “free” shipping option then expect a 2 to 5 business day transit time. We try our best to get your order to you as fast as possible. Note that USPS is not as efficient as services from UPS or FedEx. Shipping is out of our control once it leaves our warehouse and may vary from 1 to 3 days on expected delivery times. 9 times out of 10 they are fine.

    I am hooked! Chai Rooibos is part of my nightly ritual when I unwind and trick myself into something soothing and sweet (cinnamon) without the calories. It is well balanced, smooth and can sub for a drink or a treat. Highly recommended!

    I really enjoy this tea. I am not a big tea drinker, but when the weather cools down I like a cup now and again. The flavors in this tea are amazing! So true to the ingredients! My son is a huge tea drinker...like every day...all day. This tea is now one of his favorites. I will be purchasing more.
