The Provenance

Kagoshima matcha, meet golden turmeric

The base is our shade-grown Kagoshima matcha, the same organic stone-ground tencha we whisk for a smooth, low-bitterness cup. Grown in the far south of Japan, where volcanic soil and clean mountain air produce nearly all of the country's certified-organic tea.

Into it we fold organic turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon, for warmth, a golden color, and a bold, gently spiced finish. Blending across cultivars and harvests is deliberate: it's how every bag tastes as warm and consistent as the last.

Caffeine

Even lighter than plain matcha

The spice blend means less matcha per scoop, so it carries roughly a third of a cup of coffee's caffeine. A gentle, warming lift.

How to make it · 3 steps

One scoop, hot or iced

The same simple steps you'll find on the pouch. No special skills required.

Measure

1 tsp of matcha.

Add liquid

Hot (175°) or cold. Add 8 oz water or milk of choice.

Mix

Blend, whisk, stir, or shake.

Good to know

Matcha doesn't dissolve. It suspends

Real stone-ground matcha and whole spices are the leaf and the root, not a soluble extract, so they won't melt away like sugar. Whisk, shake, or froth and the fine powder stays suspended in your cup. If a little settles while you sip, it isn't a flaw. Just swirl or shake and it comes right back.

Iced in 10 seconds: matcha + cold water in a jar, cap it, shake.

Why This Blend

A warm little bowl

You drink the whole leaf

Matcha is the stone-ground tea leaf itself, whisked right into your cup, not steeped and strained away like a tea bag.

Even less caffeine

About a third of a cup of drip coffee, for a gentle, warming lift you whisk up in seconds.

Four clean ingredients

Organic matcha, turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon. No sugar, no fillers, nothing you can't pronounce.

Questions, answered

What does it taste like?
Warm and gently spiced. Earthy turmeric and bright ginger up front, sweet cinnamon on the finish, over the smooth, creamy umami of shade-grown matcha. Bold but not harsh.
Do I need special tools?
A bamboo whisk gives the silkiest foam, but a handheld frother or a lidded jar and a good shake work beautifully too.
How should I store it?
Reseal after each use and keep it cool, dark, and airtight. Matcha and ground spices are light- and oxygen-sensitive, so treat it like a fresh spice for the brightest color and flavor.
